Those owning a mentally handicapped person's pass, a mentally handicapped person's health and welfare pass,or a physically handicapped person's pass(level 1 or 2)should show these at the entrance to gain free entrance,plus the free entry of one carer.
Those living in Sakawa Town who are 65 or over must show their residency certificate to gain free admission.
